NEXT...after the buyer has hit the BUY button and their payment has been pre-authorized... both go to the transactions section in your account, and you can communicate there directly with the buyer instead of on the public listing here. You can reply to messages from each other in the inbox too.

1. The SELLER needs to ACCEPT the buyer's request to purchase and then CLOSE the listing here so that no one else tries to buy it too. Do not ever delete it from now on.
You have just UNDER 3 DAYS to accept otherwise the system cancels the transaction.
